How I can help transform you

Building muscle takes time and losing fat takes time. Neither can be done at the same time as the other. There are no shortcuts when it comes to hard work. But the rewards are great. And working hard to achieve your goal will fill you with a sense of pride.

My transformations range from losing weight in order to shape up, to prepping people for shows. I've coached beginners to go from nothing to winning trophies. See my transformations as an example of my knowledge of how to efficiently build muscle while minimising fat gain, and how to lose fat while minimising muscle loss.

Regardless of your end goal building muscle and losing fat is exactly the same process for everyone.
